Gold and Copper Resources Pty Ltd is an Australian exploration company with tenements in the Central West region of NSW. The company is currently exploring for both porphyry copper-gold deposits and gold deposits across its tenement holding.
The company maintains a team of exceptional geologists to design exploration strategy and highly-experienced land access managers who establish and maintain functional relationships with landowners in the area.

Chairman
Ken was the founder and remains as a director of ASI Solutions, a provider of innovative and pioneering technology solutions to Australian private and public sector organisations for over 35 years.
Ken has served as Non-Executive Chairman of Gold and Copper Resources since 2017.
JAMES BARLOW
Managing Director
James is an engineer and entrepreneur with experience across the telecoms, electronics and mining industries.
James has served as an Alternate Director of Gold and Copper Resources since 2015 and as Managing Director since since 2023.
JEREMY BARLOW
Director
Jeremy has over 50 years experience in the resources sector, with a particular focus on energy.
Jeremy has been a Director of Gold and Copper Resources since 2009 and was Managing Director between 2017 and 2023.
PETER COATES AO
Director
Peter has occupied many senior positions in a diverse range of resource companies, including those mining silver, lead, nickel, iron ore, bauxite and coal. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Glencore.
Peter has served as a Director of Gold and Copper Resources since 2017.
JEAN-DOMINIQUE HUYNH
Director
Jean-Dominique is an experienced Company Director with over 15 years’ experience in investment management and real estate development both in Australia and overseas. Jean-Dominique is Executive Chairman of JDH Capital Pty Limited, a private principal investment firm.
Jean-Dominique has served as a Director of Gold and Copper Resources since 2017.
